Music
My music grows out of the same soil as my writing. It is Christ-centered, story-shaped, and rooted in lived faith rather than performance or polish. I write and produce music as prayer, protest, and companion—songs for those navigating belief and doubt, love and longing, justice and resistance, belonging and becoming.
Drawing from Southern gospel, contemporary and modern gospel, praise and worship, protest-rooted spirituals, and intimate songs of queer love, my work is less interested in fitting a genre than in telling the truth. These songs exist to make room for encounter, reflection, and hope—especially for those who have been told there was no place for them.
